…I might have this $1000 brownie for desert (via Boing Boing).
"Brûlee’s "Brownie Extradordinaire with Saint Louis" is a chocolate brownie made with Italian hazelnuts, dusted with edible gold powder and served with a very rare port. After each bite, the dessert captain squirts a mist of the vintage port on your tongue with a $750 atomizer, which incidentally is yours to keep. (link)
Or maybe not. I don’t really care for brownies. Perhaps I should spend the thousands green ones on this $950 martini - that would also leave me $50 for the tips !
Life as a wealthy fellow can be so complicated.

@Brian: Do brownies love freedom ? Coffee definitely does (see Starbucks) - so perhaps will give it a try.

Just in case it wasn’t clear, the brownies were in addition to the martini. Clearly they love freedom, probably not as much as apple pie, but still a lot.
