Samit Basu, the author of Simoqin Prophcies (an ‘Indian’ science fiction fantasy book that I recently read and absolutely adored and about which I will *ahem* try to write in a future post) – has an absolutely hilarious take on the upcoming movies ‘Revenge of the Sith’ and ‘Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy’ (which due to space-time warps distributions rights etc. are being released only this week in Kolkata). I can really relate to his ‘Adaptation Anxiety’ which has prevented me from watching H2G2 so far.Update: A Jedi master named Poltu !! Apparently, even a man who controls the force cannot shake the unfortunate curse that must befall all Bengali men – the assigment of a humiliating nick-name.
